Moby Dick filming route

In 1953, two greats in the history of cinema arrived in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to film Moby Dick. Its director, John Huston, and its star, Gregory Peck, spent a season in the city, where they left the mark of unique personalities, typical of the stars of another time.

To learn more about the ins and outs of the filming, four tours are proposed to discover the locations chosen by John Huston, the anecdotes of the filming, the construction of the model of the big albino sperm whale and other sets, as well as the resting and meeting places of the artistic and technical team.
