Canarias Jazz & Más Músicas Creativas International Festival

The Festival Internacional Canarias Jazz & Más Músicas Creativas has been bringing to the islands and the city, every July for more than thirty years, the most important national and international jazz soloists and groups: the performances of Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Wynton Marsalis, Take 6, Al Jarreau, Pat Metheny, Wayne Shorter, Michael Camilo, Kenny Garret… have turned Las Palmas de Gran Canaria into one of the essential summer jazz events.

The Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, the Pérez Galdós Theater, the Cuyás Theater, the Guiniguada Theater or the Santa Ana Square are some of the venues that host the concerts of this long-established festival.
