José Antonio Ramos Auditorium

In the heart of Doramas Park, the city offers a unique space to enjoy outdoor events: the José Antonio Ramos Auditorium, an amphitheater that hosts a full program of activities throughout the year organized by the Department of Culture of the City Council of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

This auditorium is named after the Gran Canarian musician José Antonio Ramos, one of the renewers of the timple, who died early at the age of 38.
