La Regenta Art Center

La Regenta Art Center is a space dedicated to the exhibition, production and dissemination of contemporary art from a local and international perspective. Located very close to Santa Catalina Park and the port area, it occupies a building -constructed in the first half of the 20th century- of what used to be a tobacco factory, from which it takes its name.

With a simple elevation and a certain art deco air on its façade, it is one of the few remaining examples of the industrial architecture that developed in this part of the city under the protection of the port’s economic activity.
